Hotel Restaurant in Orcines

Very good hotel. Ideally located near Vulcania and the hiking trails to the Puy de Dôme.
Good breakfast for €12.
Very welcoming staff.
Private parking.
The only downside is the soundproofing between the rooms; you can hear a little what's happening in the other room, but it's not bothersome for one night.
We booked directly on the hotel's website; the price and cancellation policy were better than on Booking.com.

A must-try restaurant! Magnificent setting, pleasant and helpful service, and above all, perfect and delicious cuisine.

The meals were very good, featuring local specialties and products – well done!

Disappointing lunch on March 18, 2026. The jar (duck parmentier with sweet potato) was not prepared by the chef and was overpriced. The Vichy-style Comtesse dish was unremarkable. The price was unclear. The menu was advertised at €23 (starter and main course, main course and dessert), but it seems this is only available in the evening. Not recommended.

A very pleasant experience at this restaurant.

The food is excellent, the dishes are flavorful and well-prepared. The welcome is warm, and you immediately feel at ease. The place is also very clean and quiet.
I highly recommend it!
